MLP Field Study to Helsingborg, Sweden

On 11 April, students from the Maritime Law & Policy specialization made a field study visit to the Port of Helsingborg and Scandlines MSAurora, a passenger ferry connecting the coasts of Sweden and Denmark. The field study is part of the MLP course on maritime security and the students were accompanied by Associate Professor Aref Fakhry and Senior Faculty Assistant Solveig-Karin Erdal. The group was welcomed by Niels Vallø, CEO of the Port of Helsingborg and received a presentation about port security by Per Björnson, Chief Security Officer, Port of Helsingborg. This was the second annual field trip to Helsingborg.
