Gina Tolnai is the HR Manager of WMU. She joined the University in 2025, and brings a lengthy background of Human Resources from international organizations.
As a seasoned HR professional, she brings varied experience and makes sure that the University attracts, supports, and develops a diverse international workforce, while fostering an inclusive, compliant, and high-performing environment for both academic and administrative staff.
Before joining WMU, Gina performed senior HR roles within UNICEF and the International Red Cross, and blends experience from the United Nations and the private sector. As a dedicated HR professional, she believes that a well-managed HR function is key to organizational success.
