WEBINAR - Digitial Innovation for Smart Shipping

Digitalization is transforming all aspects of maritime shipping and this webinar will present some of the on-going digital innovation efforts within smart shipping and automation. Our presenters will use project examples, including smart engine maintenance and cloud-based collaboration, to reflect on the technologies that are applied in contemporary shipping digitalization; the business logic that are behind the adoption of digital technologies; and how industry players collaborate to enable digital innovations.

The webinar will also be an opportunity to reflect on how the adoption of new and emerging technologies might affect the global maritime labour market. We hope to exchange the latest knowledge about digital transformation, its related opportunities and the challenges for the maritime shipping industry.
