WMU delivered lectures to REMPEC at the following Seminars:

- National Seminar on the Ballast Water Management (BWM) Convention held in Tunis between 25 and 26 June 2012; and

- National Seminars on Ballast Water Management (BWM) Convention held in Morocco from 15 to 16 October 2012 and in Israel from 18 to 19 October 2012.

- National Seminar on the Ballast Water Management (BWM) Convention held in Algeria, 1-2 October 2013
