Ms. Woo Seung Shin joined WMU in February 2018 and currently works as an E-learning Specialist at the WMU Outreach Department. She provides technical guidance and support in implementing WMU’s distance learning programmes and developing elearning solutions for various maritime organisations. Woo Seung plays an active role in promoting accessibility of quality continuing education by adopting elearning technologies at WMU. Over her professional and study experiences, she built project management, elearning design and development skills based on profound understanding of learning needs in maritime and ocean sectors. Woo Seung completed Master of Science in Management at Lund University and Bachelor of Science in Marine Environmental Science and Technology at Hanyang University. Prior to joining WMU, she was involved in the area of public relations, marine environmental protection and conservation research while working for the Korea Marine Environment Management Corporation and World Wildlife Fund Korea.
