MoU between WMU and University of Rijeka

On May 3rd Dr. Björn Kjerfve signed of a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) on academic cooperation with Dr. Serdjo Kos, Dean of the Faculty of Maritime Studies at the University of Rijeka, Croatia. The MOU provides opportunities for academic cooperation such as lecture exchanges and research collaboration.

The MOU commits both institutions to collaboration in the fields of marine and maritime affairs, nautical science, multimodal and intermodal transport, marine engineering, technology or maritime transport, logistic and management in maritime traffic, maritime law and law of the sea, and electronic and information technologies in maritime transport.
