2015 Moot Court

On 5 May, the students of the Maritime Law and Policy (MLP) Specialization participated in this year´s Moot Court at WMU.

This is the fourth time the Moot Court has been run as part of the curricular activities of the MLP specialization. This year´s case focused on the delimitation of the continental shelf beyond the 200 nautical miles and the validity of archipelagic baselines.

The Moot Court is a highlight of activities for MLP students and is organized by Associate Professor María Carolina Romero Lares as part of the course on Law of the Sea and Maritime Security.
