Car Donated to WMU by HYUNDAI GLOVIS

Following the festivities for the inauguration of the new WMU building, on 20 May a car donated to WMU by HYUNDAI GLOVIS was unveiled.  The agreement for the donation was signed by Mr. Kyung-Bae KIM, HYUNDAI GLOVIS CEO and Professor Neil Bellefontaine, WMU Acting President in the presence of WMU President Designate, Dr. Cleopatra Doumbia-Henry.

The 2015 Kia Optima 2.0 CVVL Hybrid was unveiled by, Mr. KIM, WMU Chancellor and IMO Secretary-General, Mr. Koji Sekimizu, and WMU President Designate, Dr. Cleopatra Doumbia-Henry. The hybrid vehicle was specifically chosen to reflect the University’s commitment to sustainability, and will serve as an official vehicle for transportation of dignitaries and visitors to the University.
