Maritime Casualty Investigation PDC

From 3-7 September, there were 10 participants in the Maritime Casualty Investigation PDC led by Visiting Professor Marjorie Murtagh of Robson Forensic, USA and organized by WMU Professor Jens-Uwe Schröder-Hinrichs. Offered annually since 2002, this particular PDC focuses on enhancing knowledge about the framework of maritime casualty investigation particularly issues such as legal considerations, maritime casualty investigation process, data analysis and the human element. The participants included individuals from Singapore, Panama, Spain, Russia, Nigeria, Mexico, and Senegal.
